OK Here we are!! quickly put together and trying to be scary. Big Bill, Erin, Idobeastool, and my nephew Mark (dressed as a zombie girl)It started raining around here at about 4:00pm and it put a huge damper on our routine. We usually have a Haunted woods walk. We take the party goers into the woods next door to my house and jump out and scare the piss out of all them. Well with the rain and all we tried to figure something else out and we didn't go full tilt with the costum's but it still managed to scare them. As my wife was helping the girls hold a sayonce (I dont know how to spell it). We positioned ourselves outside of the windows and scared the hell out of them. Them we got them into the garage and my wife told them get ready for the walk in the woods and with the lights out my wife began to talk to them while still in the garage she explained to them how the dead come to life and with the garage being dark and well yes you guessed it we were hiden all over the inside of the garage and we came jumping out at them and they shit!! end of story!! Happy Halloween!! Damn Rain!!
Thats Erin as Resurection Mary. We have an old urban legend around here about a girl who was killed on prom night in a car accident and every year someone picks up a hitchhicker by the cemetary and drps her off and then calls her house with the phone she gave them and as the parents explain to the wary gooddeeder that she is dead they usually freak out!!
Note the head laying in the hay...This is Erins friend Lindsy. She was laying there and as kids came up for treats she would jump up and scare the shit out of them!! LOL Erins Idea of course where does she get this crazy shit from?
Lots of green! I thought I had gray and with the fast paced trying to figure out how to scare the children at the party all we could do is use the green and mix as best as possible..
Yes Idobeastool here at his unrested state. Somewhere between limbo and Washington D.C. Once again we haphazardly put these costums together at the last minute and had more planned but the rain put a damper on things and we didn't go all out. But all and all we still scared the hell out of the girls!!
Now this makes my Dick hard!! Narry a carb in site!! Chicken, Rib eyes and Italian sausage!!!! Give me a bottle of Ranch dressing a gobblet of water and I am set!! Just keep your hands and feet away from my plate!! Now this is how you do it....You make this much meat on a Sunday and then wrap it up for the weeks meals. If I ate a breast a steak and a sausage from this plethora of food that would stil leave me with 7 other meals here!!Which would probably get me to thursday. I also will eat a 12 egg omolet at least once a day. Low carbs baby!! Plus a I have been eating 1 can of green beans and spinach and broccoli a lot for good carbs and a lot of prunes. As far as prunes go eat them in the morning and take my advise 7 prunes is good and 9 is overkill way too many!! I figured that out on my own!!
I am officialy a gym rat.... I have gone 5 times this week and have hit all muscle groups twice! Except legs. I only weight train the legs once and then I ran Tue, Thur, and Sat. for 20 minutes each time at a pace of 5 MPH. So Here endith the first week. I am sure to be in top physical shape by Thong season 2006 Which need I remind you is right around the corner readers!!!
I don't think people should look at whether a diet is good or bad. People should not diet! If your putting on weight or.... better yet lets just call a spade a spade here, If your getting fat! You need to determine why.
Is it your lack of exercise? Is it your diet? Is it a shift or change in your lifestyle? Like maybe all the sudden you think your gay and you start performing same sex oral love to your homo significant other and to get the taste out of your mouth your rinsing with Cherry coolaid.....sorry my bad, lets get back on track here. Maybe you used to walk to the train station everyday and now you drive or something like that..You have taken that morning walk out of your day you are less active!
Ok what you need to do is Review, Identify and Adjust or Overcome. Review your past and see if you can figure out why your getting fat.....Most of the time you will look at your right hand and see a coke or Pepsi at least one of the six you will drink today which could be a problem..DUH!! Or maybe you started working in an office where your trapped behind a desk more than before and you not being as active during the day, and at the same time your consuming more carbs than you are burning..Duh!! Ok now that you have identified it you need to adjust or overcome it...
First find time to exercise which we can talk about in a later post but The word diet comes up much to quick!! This is wrong because my perception of the word diet is to make a change for a brief period of time to loose weight. Other wise you would call it eating habit change not a diet. So I assume that after we reach our goal we go back to where we started from and go back to the same way of eating and get even heavier. So lets stop using the word diet..Lets refer to it as your eating habits and making adjustments to them. Because with the low carb thing you cut the carbs till you get to where you want to be and then you ADJUST your carbs to keep you at your goal. If you start getting fat you Adjust your carbs intake down, If your not you can keep your carb intake where its at. If you went back to just eating carbs whenever and however you wanted to of course you will get heavy again probably bigger because you will have missed those fries and will overcompensate for lost time!! Come On BITCH! Super size my FAT ASS!!
So adjust and overcome people. Change your eating habits and get lean and healthy. Adjust your diet and still eat the things that you want..Right? WRONG!!! The things that you want are the things that make you fat!! So you need to develop a sort of respect for that. Like heroin, I pretty much stayed away from heroin because well I was tought that it could kill you if you overdosed or took to much. Well why doesn't it say that on fatty foods nutritional labels? Why because people wouldn't buy them then. Would you buy if the Oreo label said you might OD on these by gaining massive amounts of weight over the years and will end up suffering from heart failure? I don't think people would be so apt to eat them.. So don't get me wrong heroin is defiantly NOT the answer here.... Access your eating habits and make the adjust you know need to be done...
That's step one! I mean how are we going to fit into our TOL thong for the Summer 2006 picture?
