Set Realistic Goals!!

Ok so lets talk about Big Bills Work out change and why. I have decided to go to an ALL CARB diet so I can look like YokoZuna or who ever this big guy is!!!
WRONG!! I was taught and always been a believer in the split routine in which you work each muscle group 2 times a week. The first time you work this muscle group out you hit it hard with heavy weights and low reps 6-8, the second time you work that particular muscle group out you hit it hard with light weights and more reps 10-12. The belief here is that doing this workout you build and tone.
I am going to a different type of workout that will hit each muscle group once a week. I go in and tear one muscle group up and then give it time to recoup until I hit it again.
This means I will have more time for cardio at the gym Yipee!! (I fuckin hate cardio)It will cut my time down cosiderably in the gym but I will have to hit the gym everyday. If I miss a day I will have to make it up the next day or later on in the week.
At my age the body needs more time to recover and build and I want to see what kind of results I get from this work out. Your supposed to shock the muscle and try new things and different types of workouts so I will keep your posted on how this goes!!
