I think so! I like the abs but when the pec's start to seperate and they get that totally ripped look it just gets unsexy. I mean I can appreciate the work she has put forth and I know it was not an easy road to get to where she is but I just don't know... As I look at her more I bet when she relaxes and is not all pumped up I bet she has a very nice shape to her.

This is (I believe) Chemical enhancement at its finest.. Her face has gained the look of a man.. Although she has maintained her feminine qualities its hard to find them under all those muscles. I mean I am sure she is soft to the touch she just looks hard and they are hard when the muscle is flexed and pumped but after she relaxes they go to a dorment soft state. I think the only way you could get her to relax is with a couple of roofies in a stein of piss warm German beer!!!

I think she has a sexy body. very feminine and sexy as hell. Do you agree or disagree? I see definition and tone but I don't see bloated pumped up steroid-ish muscles. I also don't see a lot of vascularity which is not real sexy when it comes to women.

I need to do some research on this guy but from what I understand he is under 13 years of age and built to the hilt! I was taught that a child's body should mature to the age of at least 15 before they start to weight train making this totally fucked up on this kids parents part. They don't recommend weight training cause the muscles that are built can hinder proper bone growth by restricting the bones ability to lengthen ..(Ha I said restricting the bone). Somewhere down the line in the recent past this kids father was caught giving him steroids!! I don't if its true or not.. I have to research.. More to come..

This is an excelent steak house and we ate our fill here. Mother and Father took us here on Saturday evening and we loved it. I remember coming here years ago and loving the atmosphere and everything about it! ( I had the porterhouse yum!) Read on Bitches. Thanks Mom and Dad!! This is a resturaunt and also up stairs here they have a museum. They have these rooms that used to be the hotel rooms way beack when. The rooms are so freakin small its almost unbelivable.I honestly would guess the rooms where 8ft X 8ft. Really small and cramped. (just like my underwear.)

My nephew Mark can do this with his belly and you can actually see his spine thru his rib cage!! Once again an early lifter around 1940's this guy has got a good build. Back in these days they didn't strive for the six pack abs. They went more for a vacume look like this dude here. Strange but effective his very thin waist gives the illusion that his upper body is huge. I would refer to this as the Ethiopian syndrom... Look close you can see the grain of rice he had for breakfast...Its stuck in his throat.....

Surfing the web I ran across these old pictures. Wil probably would have rephrased that to say the he had cum upon these old photos of half naked men but I digress...
Its not the nudity here that is of interest its the fact that back over 100 years ago they hit the weights and produced physique's like this without growth hormone or steroids. This is an early photo of Earle Sandow. "Killer boots man!" I was able to down load a workout from an early 1900 expert and self proclaimed "America's leading director of Physical Education" His name is Earle liederman. More on that later.

Well, Erin had a little incident this weekend whilst riding Big Mabel. I had these three Mark (My nephew) Lindsey (Erins friend) and Erin. Anyway I had these three scooting around the lake like greased lightening!!!! In the midst of this Erin was about to fall all the way off Mabel instead she held on with all her might!! Her body was half in the water and still she held on!! Until!! Swoosh her swimsuit bottoms where ripped from beneath her!! All was fine dad threw her some shorts and she climbed back on and swoosh off they went!!

This is actual sea weed (or lake weed) Not to be confused with ditch weed or skunk weed. Reminds me my privates need a trim also anyhow. This is the Aqua car you may have seen a post from me before about this car. It runs on land and in the water also. I have seen it on the lake and was really taken a back by its weirdness!! Anyhow its pretty old but in still damn good shape!!

I actually spent $5.00 tonight and went to a gym to get away from my garage and see what new and inavative workouts are out there floating around in the gym. Well much to my surprise there was nobody at this gym from 6:00 pm when I started my work out until around 7:45 pm. I was like a kid in a candy shop! I had the whole gym to myslef and loved every minute of it. I worked out for almost 2 and 1/2 hours!! I did my back, delts, bi's, abs and traps also. I just couldnt stop!! (kind of like when I masterbate) But anyhow I am going to start going to a gym once in a while to get that eye of the tiger thing going and to show off a little... This place is totally off the beaten path and it's great because you pay as you go! No contracts. $30.00 a month. I don't think he is gonna be there long because of lack of business but if he promotes it and gets some word of mouth going who knows... More to come!!

Here in Chicago we have a little known minor league baseball team that call themselves the Chicago White Sox. Their games are so boring that they have to hold theme nights to get people to buy tickets. Our family has made it a tradition to attend the theme night called Elvis night! As far as the eye can see and the stomach can handle you see Elvis'ses?? Big, fat, short, tall, black, puerta rican, you name I have seen it dressed up like Elvis. They have the flying Elvis's parachute into the stadium from above which is cool then after the game they do it again and then they have a fire works show its pretty cool. My sister in law set's it up and does a fantastic job with the limo and all.. I am not supposed to mention her on the blog cause blogs can bite!!!

I spoke to the Marina today and the woman said "we will get to her at the beginning of this week". I was on the other end of the phone like," It's Monday this is the beginning of the Fuckin week!!" I said " She's not even out of the water yet?" she said "No"
I said "Well I am coming up there this weekend" she said "good by starting on her at the beginning of the week we should have her done" My thought is this...If this Cheese fed, bratworst eating, beer swilling, corn shucker does not realize that Monday IS the beginning of the week what is her take on the Weekend?!!! I swear if I get up there and my boat aint afloat and running properly I am gonna......sit on the pier...SHIT!! they got me by the short and curlies...

Yes Here I am on the 8th hole at Bon Vivant country club. Its an exclusive course (they don't allow white people). So all the tanning that Dad and I have down at the lake got us in with out any questions being asked.

Yes this is My father and I at the annual Bartolini's golf outing. This is the second year we have attended together and it is always a good time. Father had an episode with kidney stones on Friday and wound up the emergency (pussy). But rebounded and was able to go out on Sunday and hit 18 holes of golf. Fun was had by all who attended. Thanks again Pops!

But if you read the last entry you know why this was not possible! The boat should be out of the water by now and at the marina getting checked out! Or at least it better be! Thhis is what I plan on doing next weekend and if the boat isn't ready i will have a hissy fit!!! Anyhow today it rained most of the day but cleared up so we could have our block party. The party was not to bad, Volleyball, bean bags and a nice fire pit was enjoyed. My buddy Bryan and his fam had to cancel because he got called into work.....Tomorrow I am going golfing with Father. He suffered through kidney stones this weekend but seems to be up for 18 holes of golf. I am glad because I am looking forward to hitting a few balls with him and spending the day goofing around with him. He wont be able to drink because of his pain killers but Vicadins should keep him in a happy state. I will try to post some pictures of the golf outing.

Yep what yer lookin at here is the engine of my Pontoon the Rica Marie. The cyclinder with the safety sticker on it is the starter. If you look to the top right hand portion of that said cyclinder you will notice wires. These wires are the problem. It seems that the somehow they became exposed and began to arc which caused a plethera of problems with the starting and actual running of the engine. My theory is this, The started was hot when I took the cover off and if it runs hot for to long, it probably slowly melted away the plastic protective cover over the wires.
As they got more and more exposed they began to arc more. They finally caused a electrical issues and a burn mark on the engine!! Well I specifically took off last Monday to let Erin and her friend have a last summer Monday on the lake before the onslaught of the school year. At 10:00 am I started having trouble and it just blew up from there. Julie and I arranged to have to boat towed from the slip and trailered to the Marina $75.00. I found out that this is a wire harness and they didn't give me a price but its probably up there! Plus it's $75.00 an hour to work on the boat. I believe it will be another $75.00 to put her back in the lake also. I estimate $500.00 to $700.00 by the time it's all said and done. The good news is I will be storing the Rica Marie at this Marina for the Winter so I will have that all set up and that is one big project out of the way!!
Keep your fingers crossed and pray that Rica is ready for the waters next weekend!! Otherwise I will be forced to make a raft out of the dead carcasses of the people who piss me off and I will float around on that!!!!

I am and always have been a big Black Sabbath fan. The gloom and doom they sing about and the hard pounding good old rock and roll just gets me pumped. There have been some good hard rockin bands out there since they stopped recording but nothing really caught my fancy. Creed was OK but very short lived. I just started listening to Clutch after going to the sounds of the underground concert with Andrew my son. Just recently I was browsing thru Napster and started to listen to BLS and man they really rock it sounds like Sabbath reborn. So I down loaded some songs and if you want to jam while your lifting weights or even if your just pullin your pud!! Give these guys a listen! The songs that are good are "Stillborn" and They actually do a great version of " Whiter shade of pale" by Procol Harem. Zack Wylde used to play with Ozzy Ozborne during the Ozmosis album I guess they had a falling out and he went on his own way. I guess since that time they have made amends and BLS has just recently played at Ozfest here in Chicago. Just another good ole ass kicken band that gets the blood a pumpin!! With no Carbs!!!
