This guy was pretty good with his act. Nothing spectacular. he did play Mandalin when they did Zepplin's Uhmm I can't remember excatly what song they played from Zeps catalog but it sounded great! The lyrics go "Find a queen without a king you know she plays guitar and laughs and sings La la la laaaa" Then they go something about a "punch on the nose and it's starting flow I think I might be sinking". Any how they did a very good rendition of that song and also Dream on from The toxic Twins!!

Yes Uncle Tone Eye is out of commition for about 2-3 weeks. He had surgery on his eye to repair the tear in his retina! Pronounced Re-tin-a not re-tina.
The tear is at the top of his Eye ball and gravity has its evil ways with not only tit's but also with his retina. If he sits up or stands up the gravitational pull will make the tear worse so the Doc's orders are to lay on his back as much as possible. This would be fine if he was a prostitute but he is not. I mean he is a whore of sorts but not one favoring the missionary position....scuse me...
Why or how did this happen you are wondering... Well I don't know, lets just say from this bloggers point of view I think he could use more fiber in his diet.... That might have been what started the whole thing! I know I feel like my eyes are bulging out sometimes when I .. Well you know When I could use more fiber!!!

Train Train!! Take me on out of this town!!

Well Sorry I have been gone so long but I had to go down south for a week to run an operations out of Momence Illinois. The current manager took a vacation so they sent my ass down there to run the show in his absence.
Within that time a lot has happened. Uhm I got pube's, uhm my acne cleared up and OH yes I went to see Train at the Chicago Theater. The tickets where a B-day gift from my sis-in-law.. They where Front row seats!!! Excellent show!! The lead guitarist children sat right behind us with his parents. At one part of the show I saw him smiling in my direction, at first I thought it was at me but then I thought "Hey that's kind of a weird smile to give another man!!" Then I looked behind me and saw his cute little 7 year old daughter standing on her chair smiling right back at him. It was priceless. I will be posting some live pics as soon as I get them down loaded.

The reason he is so hated is because he has totally destroyed his body and this gives ammunition to the people who are pushing for supplementation blocks by the FDA and the government. This guy injected these roids right into the muscle..Let alone using steroids which is stupid and wrong he put them right into the muscle with a needle!! That's like injecting whiskey right into your vein to get a better drunk!!! Look at how deformed he looks. He was quoted as saying he never used steroids and lifted for 25 years and I believe that. When you see old pictures he looks like a regular weight lifter. Then as the people he trained passed him up by using roids he said what the fuck!! Since everyone is already accusing me of using roids I might as well use them. He said his body responded immediately and explosively!! So he went from 20" inch Bicepts to I think he hit 28" or 29" arms!!! That's retarded.
So when you see him its kind of like looking at your buddy who parties to hard and makes an ass out of himself at the bar or party. You know you kind of understand him because you like to party and have a good time but you can control it and not get out of hand but this guy can't and you don't want to be around him. Same with this "Mook" look at him!! So that's the story on him.

OK so this is what happens when you mess with roids and get caught. Besides being uncomfortable with the cuffs you need to go to court and face possible jail time. I don't know how he got caught or the specifics on what he did or anything about it but I did read on an interview that he said he has to go through a drug rehab because they don't have a group for steroid users. So he is complaining about being stuck with crack heads and chemically dependent individuals. He does not realize that he is relying on the roids to keep him big and that if he goes to these meeting he will realize that much like the addicts he to has somewhat of an addiction that needs to be fed. First its his ego, he needs to be big or the biggest. To obtain this he will go to any extent to obtain it. That's a form of addiction much like the compulsive gambler or the shopper or the drinker or doper. All this plus he looks freakin ridiculous!!

Just messing with the computer!

This is how I feel lately. Can't you feel the rage within everyone? When your driving people just don't care and they tailgate you and cut you off and the road rage is ridiculous. Oh I am guilty myself. I am constantly flipping someone off or motioning for them to pull over.... I believe it's because of our hectic lifestyles and life as it is today. With cell phones your always accessable.... There is always a way to get ahold of you.. I hate it.. The first words out my mouth when I answer the phone are usually are usually WHAT? Oh come on!!! Right NOW!!
So I have been thinking about how cool it will be when softball is over and we can get up to the lake and get back on Rica Marie.... Ah yes a Saturday morning up at 6-7 am go to the gas station and get gas for the boat a power bar and a cup of coffee. Then head over to the boat and get her uncovered and ready for the day. Then do a little fishen until 10-11 when the girls come down after they hit up McDonalds for breakfast. Then we usually ride The tube, Big Mabel a few times around the lake and then off to the cove where we park the boat and just chill....ahhhhh.. Oil ourselves upa nd bake in the hot summer sun, lay back and drift in and out of a sleepy nap like state all the while feeling the rocking of the boat brought on by the waves.... Can you hear the lake sounds? Oh man.. Well thats still a couple months off so get back to work..... Peace bitches keep dreaming!!!

Well here it is again. The evils of fake sugar. What about the evils of real sugar? Do you realize that when you indgest real sugar it tells the brain that the body has enough insulin. After years of this and over eating carbs a strange thing happens where the body could stop making insulin. When this happens you have become a diabetic. You might be type 1 or type 2. The type your are would dertermine what you have to do to moderate your insulin. So if you are left with no choice but to use fake sugar you should be looking at why..
Maybe you have a problem with moderating your food and sweet intake...Yeah maybe thats the problem. So what would be worse? Using fake sugar which has a minute possability to cause health issues or continue screwing up your insulin levels and add more calories which aid in obesity with the real stuff?
The real issue here is moderation. OK now that we have a sugar susbstitute on the market people think hey! I can eat or drink as much of this shit as I want and not have to worry about anything!! Yessss! WRONG!! Too much beer and alcohol can cause serosis of the liver but that don't stop a lot of people I know from drinking it.
So in closing yes it's good to know the adverse possible health effects associated with everythin we eat or ingest but we also need to assess our intake habits to see which is worse. Everything in moderation..
It's like thinking there is a one diet shake or one pill out there which will help you loose weight and keep it off. Or the one suppliment that will make you see better or not feel so jittery etc. To really help these things you need a program to assist your endevers. To loose weight and keep it off you must diet AND exercise. When I say diet I don't mean starve yourselves I mean eat properly. By changing your eating habits to consume less fattening foods and by adding a exercise you will find results. No one pill will help you loose weight and keep it off with out other issues associated with them. Look at Ephedra....
There are prescription drugs out on the market with side effects taped right to the side of the bottle.. But people are taking that prescription in order to fix another underliying problem. So they take the chance of this causing diariea or dizzieness or cramping. They take this chance to fix the other issue. The same with fake sugar people will use it to stay away from the real stuff but if they eat enough of it to cause these health effects then the fake sugar is not the issue they should be looking at. Its the over consuption of the fake sugar that is causing the harmful side effects.
So with everything or action taken there is a certain amount of risk involved. Which is risky-er? We need fake sugar on the market What we also need is a moderator to go with it. Someone to slap that Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi out of your hand when you grab one to quench your thirst or just because your bored. Thats what people should be promoting the issue with moderation that is the catalyst to any and all issues!!!
Don't get me wrong sure it may not be good for you but if it is that bad it will be taken off the market. If its such a big deal how come I have not had anyone I know effected by it? Moderate it and you should be fine. Thanks for the info.

Softball season is here!!

Well the season is upon us and here is Erin pitching a ball. Not the best form in the picture but she has made soo much progress from last year. I am really looking forward to the team this year. I had the girls hit the batting cages Sat. And just from the first look I think we have a lot of talent. Keep your fingers crossed and stay tuned for more posts on this cause if I am going thru it so are you!!! How the hell did I get signed on to this tour of duty!! 14, eleven to thirteen year old girls!! Oh yeah they tell me by being Manager I am in charge but you know how that will go. Half of these chicks have already attended wife school!!! Oh well IDOBEASTOOL is helping but that's because he is just retarded and doesn't know any better!! Actually if he is following me and he is retarded well I guess that would make me lord of the tards!! Hey another cool title!! Anyhow the name of the team is the Hustlers!! I know I know. With Erin Pitching , her friend Gabby catching and the ther rest of the talent on the team I think we will do OK, I will give you more infor after the next practise this week when I see how they field the balls. I inserted blogger edit due to the fact that I heard of a high school coach that was taken to court because he called his girls stupid idiots and said they act like two year olds. They had a 3 million dollar law suit against him and he was given a female Supreme Court Judge to hear the case. Her response was this, these words are not those of which should be used to motivate girls of any age! So the edit button has been pushed to protect the author.

Man I thought it was tough going thru raising one teenage daughter. Jaki who is now a young adult and on her own, But now I have to go thru it all over again!!!!
