Hitting The slopes again this weekend.

Yes I will be on the sticks again Saturday. Some people are supposed to meet me up at the snow but I think everyone is gonna cancel. Well Fuck them Bitches!!! That's what I say.. I am heading up there alone with the headsets and get some meditating time at like 50 mph straight downhill!!
I like going on my own at least once a year. Nobody to hold me back I can go at my fast constant pace all day..( just like when I masturbate ) I don't need anyone else there holding me back. WTF? LOL
I need to clear the shelves in the brain for Monday I take on a new duty as Commercial manager. I will be moving up and into a new genre of trash service. I have dealt with it before but It's a different ball game now and I hope to excel as I always do. So I hope to knock out the cobwebs in my head and hit it head on This week.. Wish me luck at both!! Skiing and the Promotion.

With thong season 2006 quickly approaching we have no time to waist....
What do you people need to get it through your thick fat heads? I am guilty of eating carbs and sugars also butt....and I say this with a BIG BUTT!! I keep it in check. Do you realize that fat people get fat because of carb intake? Do you realize that sugar is the worst thing for you its a carb as well. Small amounts of carbs produce large amounts of insulin in the body. If your addicted to sugar you are flirting with disaster as far as becoming insulin dependent. If your diabetic that means your body has stopped producing or does not produce enough insulin. Thus you have to either take medication to up your insulin level to where it should be or worst case scenerio you may have to give yourself daily insulin injections. This is because of all the moon pies and chocolate Ho Ho's you have consumed. Your body has been loaded with sugar and in reply to that the body stops making the insulin needed because when it checks to see if you need insulin the sugar says "no we have enough insulin" and sooner or later your body stops producing it and by then your fat and diabetic. I know I am using a lot of bad words like fat and stuff but I am being serious. I can say fat much like a black person can use the N word. I am a fat person I just lost the weight and figured out how to control it. I still have hard times. There are always sweets around this fuckin house and I am a night time fridge raider!!! I have woken up in the morning with chocolate on my breath and hung my head in shame because at that point I realized that I hit the chocolate last night!!! I walk around all remorseful like I beat the family or something... So I do have room to talk Much like the booze I am on a constant battle to keep doing what I am doing. So drop the carbs or become carb conscious and get youself in shape!!! Or in the shape more like an hour glass and less like a pear!!!

We made it back! Safe and sound!

From the left Yours truely (BUC), Jose B -aka- Lil' Joey, The Donsickle, and Danimal.. We had a great time... Fish fry Friday night out late shooting pool till the wee hours. Next day heartly breakfast then skiing from 9:30 till 4:30 unless you gave up early adn went to the bar at 2:30 Joe, Don and Dan!!! I actuelly skied the whole with the exception of a 30 minute break for lunch. After ski we took an hour nap and then hit the Resturuant for the All you can eat Prime Rib and Crab legs!!! Woo WHoooo!! Then more Pool till the wee hours a slight bar fight a couple of the crew had to hit the ATM machine and we left for home this morning!!! More to come later...

I had been out of the service for like 14 yrs and man did I really let myself go!!!! Don't any of you Fuckers feel sorry for me now !!!! I am in the best shape of my life an it's been 20 yrs since I went in to the service so Look at this and realize what determination and strong discipline can do....

Marty and the Love Hammers!!

They did a damn good job!! although I am a firm believer that Marty is either burning spoons or he is following after Karen Carpenter!! Binge and Purger!!! They did rock very hard and our seats were so close that you smell the fresh vomit on his breath.. I actually was very impressed. Lots of chicks at the concert!! OH Yeah!!!

INXS concert Very good

We took a limo there and it was held at the beautiful Chicago Theater. My sister in law got us 5th row seats and it was very cool. Marty Casey and the Love Hammers opened up for INXS and he was very entertaining. Besides the fact that he is so freaking Izzy Pop skinny and his hip huggers allowed most of his ASS CRACK to hang out most os his show.. After that INXS came out and rocked the house. They are a very tight band and JD sounds good. He actually pulled it off. All and All a good night was had by all... Except for tha balded headed Ol Fuckin Security guard who kept fuckin with my wife and daughter!! If he wasn't like 200 years old I would have kicked his wrinkled grey ass!!! OLD BALLS!!!
