Panic Attack!!!!!

Have you ever had a day when you feel like everything is closing in on you?
When you feel like you made a very bad choice?
When you feel like there is no hope?
When you feel like you don't know anyone?
When you feel like you have lost control?
When everything you thought was going to happen isn't turning out like you planned?
When you feel like you have no control over your future?
When everything feels like it's all wrong.
Have you ever wished that you can turn back the hands of time and go back and change history?
Well ya can't and guess what everyone feels like this some time or another.

Bloggers I know of someone who is feeling low down right now and is wondering if the decisions they have made ..Well if they were the right choices? Could you give this person some instances when you had a rough time. We need to pull this person through a difficult time and let them know that everything will be alright.
