Thong season is approaching fast!!!!

Well it's getting closer people..(Thong season 2006) You can hear it off in the distance if you listen close enough. (Thong season 2006) Mother nature is sending us little hints of what this year will present us as far as weather. (Thong season 2006)
Your starting to get nervous about how your gonna look sporting this years newest rage in beach fashion. (Thong season 2006) While your chocking down a cheese burger or scrapping that last bit of gravy up with your fork, you realize there is a long road between where you sit (nearest the buffet table at Old Country Buffet) and fitting into that visionary piece of art I like to reffer to as "The Thong!!!".

Yes if we all look at our calenders and try to set a date on optimum weight loss for proper Thong sporting this year. You will see that the end of May which is usually the very end and pushing it at that ..... is only 2 1/2 months away, about 60 days, 1440 hours, 86,400 minutes, 5,184,000 seconds or 90 meals if you eat 3 squares a day but should be more like 360 meals at 5-6 a day left to eat to get your ass in shape.
Remember it's not just exercise and it's not just diet. It's both together Exercise and Diet. So the meals you eat are just as important as the exercises you perform. Eat several smaller well balanced meals a day to get your metabolism going which allows your body to burn fat. You will need to play around with this but just remember that carbs store as fat to be burned up later. Protien gets expelled from the body that which is not used. Don't get me wrong I am not totally against carbs. I just know that my type of body responds slow to exercise and diet yet will react quickly and violently to carbohdrates. Meaning when I work out I have to hit it hard and long to see any type of change in my appearence with size reduction around the waist and legs especially...Butt eat carbs for a few days and I can feel myself getting bigger around the waist and in the thighs..... See get a magazine about nutrition and read up on proper diet and get goin before it's too late and you find yourself sitting on a dock or a boat in a overly big white T-shirt or just not being comfortable or maybe even have health issues..... Times a waisten.....BEEYAATTCCHHHHEEESSS!!!
