The lyrics to song "Hey Joe" performed by the late great "James Marshal Hendricks aka; Jimi Hendricks" goes as follows:
"Hey Joe, Where you goin' with that gun in your hand..."
Tony's rendition is a play on words, exchanging the gun in your hand portion of the original lyrics with honey baked ham...
It is an attempt at humor...a weak attempt...(very weak)...
